Openly Gay Student's Lawsuit Over Privacy Will Proceed - New York Times
Privacy? In a public school? Where you are seen openly hugging/kissing/other PDA sorts of things? I realize this is a kid but geez, what happens at school nearly ALWAYS makes its way home...and anywhere else. You are in a public place. If you want things to remain private...keep them in a private place. sigh.
