Cool Murals and Homes and Buildings

Art Crimes: Cekis

Go look. I want to live in buildings like these. Something that is art and different and special. I do not want an oversized mausoleum of a house. I do not want to live in a McMansion. Sure, some aspects of a bloated house have appeal; a second bathtub, for instance. Pools and a libraries have their daydream appeal, seeing as how we have books enough to build a house from and at least two family members who would live in water if they could. Still would pick a nifty, one of a kind, arty house over all of that though.

I think adding a mural to any house is a great idea! Just think about what you said - you would take an amazing one-of-a-kind arty place over an extra bathroom and a swimming pool anyday - and I'm sure you're not the only one. What a way to add to the value of the place! Niche marketing the aesthetically appealing way!

I also bet there are a ton of people languishing in McMansions and Mausoleums (they couldn't say no to the extra bathroom and the ducted heating) who would love to add a little flair. Its a business opportunity just waiting for some talented person. Now if only I could paint...

It looks nice, but then ya need someone with actual honest to goodness talent. My eldest is gifted, but at this point in time she would rather run me over.
