3-year-old murdered, Police perplexed?


970 WFLA - NEWS RADIO TAMPA BAY : "Police don't know what Jaquez Mason did to deserve the punishment."

Just what could a 3 year old do to "deserve the punishment"? I mean really. Did police actually say that or a dumb journalist extrapolate it? Arg.
