Oddly Enough News Article | "It's out of the question that music of misogynist character should be allowed to ride roughshod over questions of equality and the respect of the Central African woman,' Ngoundgika said."

Soooo, they're worried about misogyny, but not about polygamy. Maybe the problems lies less in suggestive music and more in having too many wives. Somehow contemporary music seems to be the least of their problems. Smoke and mirrors.
